I just finished two more updates: iPhoto 9.4 and Xcode 4.5. Those updates are all related to the new iOS 6. I installed iPhoto first. After that, I restarted my Mac and then installed Xcode. The Xcode took a long time do finish. I saw first download is 1.32GB and next one is 1.61GB. Not sure why there were two downloads.
